Public offer agreement for use of the Okcept service
This document constitutes a public offer by ООО «Окцепт» and governs the terms of access to the Okcept service.
1. Access Terms
1.1. The user is granted free access to the service for 21 (twenty-one) days.
1.2. After the free period ends, access is provided under a paid plan.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1. The base plan costs 2,900 (two thousand nine hundred) rubles per month and includes:
- 1 administrator and 5 users
- 500 invoice scans
2.2. Payment is made against an invoice issued through the Okcept platform.
3. Rights and Obligations
3.1. The Company undertakes to maintain the operation of the service and to store data in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
3.2. The user undertakes to use the service only in accordance with applicable law.
4. Other Terms
4.1. This agreement constitutes a public offer under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
4.2. Registration with the service and/or actual use of the service constitutes acceptance of this offer.
5. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the service’s Privacy Policy.
